When I started Cocoro my dream was to be able to help parents and professionals understand how children’s brains work, how their emotions develop, why they do the things they do – and how emotions and what we call behaviour are linked. This introductory episode explore why understanding childhood can be more powerful than anything when it comes to our parenting or teaching.
